They began as Donners, a variation of the lost class known as Cyborgs in a golden age of science and magic on their now lost homewold. They got their augments from symbiotic exoskeletons called Nanosuits which were created from micro-technology empowered by both science and magic cooperatively during the Dragon War by their ancestors, the humans, before a powerful being known as Trinity got involved. The downside to the suits was that if the host was not compatible then their body would outright reject the suit, resulting in a fatal biological backlash. Dragonslayer - One day, a group of humans discovered an abandoned island and investigated. Little did they realize, however, that this island contained an ancient evil: a malevolent dragon god of a long forgotten age known as Dragolius that was sealed away...but now accidentally freed. It quickly created a legion of apocalyptic dragons that ravaged the world in a war known as The Dragon War that drove the angeloids, demonoids, and merfolk as well as Templates to extinction. This left the last surviving race, the humans, on the brink with seemingly no hope for victory as all their Templates were wiped out...except one. Before The Dragon War, a Template human chose to receive the treatment that would unlock his potential, but when he did he was revealed to be a Supreme with the potential of becoming a Transcendent.
